Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within “1-2 business days after payment confirmation”.

  • Delivery within UAE mainland is estimated at “4-5 business days”, subject to courier availability and destination.

  • Standard shipping fees of “calculated at checkout” apply unless otherwise stated.

  • We use licensed and insured courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will make attempts, and you may need to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.

  • For any shipping delays or issues, please contact our customer support and we will assist you promptly.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to UAE. International shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Estimated delivery time is “4-6 business days. Customs clearance may delay the delivery.

  • We are not liable for customs delays, import duties, or goods rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within “2-3 business days from delivery” so we can file a claim with our courier partner.

  • Save all packaging, boxes, and contents for inspection or claim purposes.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address, incomplete information or failed pickup.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the shipment and refund the order if delivery fails repeatedly.
