Domestic Shipping (UAE)
Orders are typically processed and shipped within “1-2 business days after payment confirmation”.
Delivery within UAE mainland is estimated at “4-5 business days”, subject to courier availability and destination.
Standard shipping fees of “calculated at checkout” apply unless otherwise stated.
We use licensed and insured courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will make attempts, and you may need to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.
For any shipping delays or issues, please contact our customer support and we will assist you promptly.
International Shipping
We currently ship to UAE. International shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery time is “4-6 business days. Customs clearance may delay the delivery.
We are not liable for customs delays, import duties, or goods rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within “2-3 business days from delivery” so we can file a claim with our courier partner.
Save all packaging, boxes, and contents for inspection or claim purposes.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address, incomplete information or failed pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel the shipment and refund the order if delivery fails repeatedly.

We comply with UAE e-commerce regulations and ensure that our shipping terms are transparent, fair and clearly displayed before purchase, in line with Article 8 of the digital trade law.
